Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is the one and only person who is able to hold the hand of a person and lift him up from all his failures. The root cause of all the failures of mankind is sin. When we read the Word of God, we learn that man is brought into eternal sorrow and depression as a result of sin. When man was defeated by sin, God sent his only begotten son, Jesus, to save us. Jesus died on Calvary, bearing on his own body, the punishment of the sins of all mankind. The apostle Paul, wrote about how Christ loved man in his epistle to the Romans. Likewise, we need to love God in the same manner in which he loved us. Paul writes, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ... In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” The Word of God assures us that man has won the victory over all evil because of the victory that Jesus won over Satan, flesh, the world, and death through his sacrificial death on Calvary. After experiencing the victory through Jesus in our own lives, God does not want us to be satisfied in itself, but instead share this love and kindness with others. But we, who are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, who have been chosen to declare the praises of him who called us out of darkness into his wonderful light, need to understand the love of Christ and do all that we can so that we may bless others. This principle is the goal or driving force behind all of the works that Bethesda International Ministries is currently involved in. Bethesda International Ministries was started in 2002, by Evg. Vegimon Thomas and his wife Omana Thomas. The Holy Spirit inspired them to start this ministry, after learning that their second son, Jason, had been diagnosed with autism. This ministry has blessed many by becoming a stepping stone for many people to go from failure to success.
